Galerie Oasis ("we", "our") operates galerieoasis.ca and a showroom at 1877 Bd du Curé-Labelle, Laval, QC H7T 1K2. This policy describes how we collect and use personal information, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and applicable Canadian law.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number — when you request a quote, book a showroom visit, subscribe to our newsletter, or message us.
• Your enquiry context — the product, fabric or configuration you asked about, so we can answer usefully.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on one of our forms, we may text you about your enquiry, your order and delivery status, appointment reminders, and occasional offers from Galerie Oasis. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your plan. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or text HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent will never be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to deliver the messages you asked for, through the messaging platform that operates our texting on our behalf.

How we use information

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes;
• To schedule deliveries and showroom visits;
• To send communications you have opted into (email newsletter, SMS);
• To meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our website, messaging and customer-management tools (for example, our CRM and SMS platform), under contractual confidentiality, and where required by law.

Retention & your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information at any time by writing to galerieoasis@bellnet.ca. Our privacy officer can be reached at the same address.
